It is the unit that provides the best and the simplest service to patients according to legislation and internal service regulations of institution, conscientiously as health service required. In this direction, all the suggestions, complaints and/or considerations that are delivered by patient or patient's relatives are being evaluated as opportunities for qualify and better service.  This unit which operates by caring satisfaction of patient, patient’s family and relatives and considering their rights and liabilities at every step of services; aims to provide patient satisfaction by meeting the needs and requests of patient and patient’s relatives and value patient happiness by creating loyalty at targeted level.
